Our primary goal is to design products that will help you reach your healthiest state but also to gain your confidence back by loving your hair. We know how precious your hair is that why we focus on natural and safe ingredients to help you achieve your goal.

I think I have the kind of hair that just doesn't grow. Can your products work for me too?

Our products are designed to transform your hair into its healthiest state, which will aid in the growth you desire. Know that long hair doesn't necessarily mean healthy hair.

Do I have to be natural to use your products?

Absolutely not. Here at Bedi Natural beauty, we are advocates for natural hair, but our products can be used on relaxed, coloured hair and of course natural hair as well.

What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

We recommend discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. They can provide you details on what ingredient you may have had a reaction to.

What methods of payments do you accepts?

-Credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Debit card, Amex, PayPal, Apple pay, Google pay, Discover.

Do we accept paypal?

Yes, we do.

I received an error message that my order cannot be completed but I was still charged. Why?

When your card is reviewed and declined, the funds are placed on hold instead of completing the transaction. This may be due to the payment information being entered is incorrect or an invalid payment option is being used. Your funds will return to your card in 5-7 business days. If you do not see the funds back in your account after that time, please contact your card company for further information.

Do we accept debit card?

Yes, we do accept Canada and United State debit card. Must be issued with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover

Do you accept gift cards?

No, we do not accept gift card

Do you accept money orders?

No, we do not accept money orders. Please see above for the forms of payment we accept.

Can you provide me a discount code for my order?

Our discounts are applied during promotions. Please follow us on our social media pages or sign up for our Newsletter for announcements on upcoming promotions.

Shipping and delivery

After I place my order, when will my order ship?

All orders have up to 7 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has moved from our fulfillment center then shipped by the carrier.

How come the tracking number isn’t working?

If your package just shipped, please allow at least one to two business days for the carrier to update their site with all tracking information.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

All orders place through our website only offer shipping option. You can pick up our products at our Hair Salon (located in Laval, Canada). Please email us at info@bedinaturalbeauty.com.

Can it be delivered during Weekend or Holiday?

Shipping times are based on Monday Friday deliveries.

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?

Once an order has shipped, Bedi Natural Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. The customer must enter a safe and accurate address when entering their shipping address. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, We do ship internationally. Purchaser are responsable of all, delivery fees, taxes and duties associated to their orders.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

How do I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled as long as it has not being packed or shipped. Once the order is packed or shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

The purchaser can return the order once received and refund will be issued once order is returned, for the subtotal amount,(shipping cost and custom fees are not refund). Bedi Natural Beauty is not responsible for any shipping cost when order is returned.
